I’m totally inspired by the video! I love the seahorse at the back with a robot voiced. Ahahaha! It’s freaking funny and the lyrics is awesome! Ahahahah! Yeah, i love YesMan the movie. Last night Jaja sent me the short film script on Facebook for me to read it.

     The script is very short, simple yet amazing. She asked me to make an audio and music score for her short film. She gave me a song as a reference by Donovan - Donna Donna. This song reminds me of one of my friends, named Jojo, a senior of Punk Nazi Group at Sogo long time ago in 2001. I didn’t join the group because I didn’t find it necessary. I just loved to play skateboard and hung out with him and talked about music. Jojo was the one who introduced me to Folk genre, and the first song I listened to was Donovan’s.

As far as I know, the original song is in Yiddish language, but then I would like to tell you guys the real meaning of this song in English version. So, let’s hear it first and see the lyrics.

    This song is good and sad but Jojo was always laughed happily everytime he hears this song because he himself is a racist! So I asked him, “What is so funny about this song?” Then he told me the secrets behind the song. The song is about Nazi and Jewish which are related to holocaust. These are the hidden meanings:

     After I knew the hidden meaning of this song, it really make me feel sad because I hate holocaust, Nazi, Jewish, Israel or in other word, I hate fighting and wars.

    The recent news of the Israeli violence really crushed my heart.
